Quo Vadis & Friends: Tomos Parry

23rd April

Quo Vadis & Friends: Tomos Parry
Wednesday 23rd April, 7:00pm

If you are feeling a little sense of deja-vu, it’s because we originally had dearest Tomos slated and rapidly sold-out for last September, but due to some unforeseen circ’s needed to reschedule. As such, it’s second time’s a charm, with limited tickets available (because some dedicated sorts have held onto theirs since last year – we love this and them).

Tomos is known for nabbing Michelin stars left, right and centre with his fiery Basque-style treatment of British ingredients. Following a stint at River Café and a lauded leadership of Kitty Fishers’ kitchen, he burst onto the scene with Brat, and got everyone talking about turbot, boldly blistered flatbreads and peerless smoked potatoes.

His most recent frontier, Mountain, is a fine addition to Soho’s food scene, and the painstaking sourcing of ingredients shines through in each dish, from the cull yaw chops to the decadent spider crab omelettes. Mountain’s multiple accolades include a lofty second place in the National Restaurant Awards, and a declaration from Grace Dent that ‘this is why we put shoes on and go out to eat.’

At QV, Tomos will dish up three courses served feasting-style and a bite. Tickets are £85 and include a welcome drink. Book here.
